Rocks, trail hazards and damaging debris can easily ding an ordinary differential cover, leading to oil leaks and cracks. Plow trucks undergo stress due to the weight of salters and plows, and the no-brakes impacts of hidden potholes, coupled with the corrosive nature of all the salt season after season. This cover also features two filler plugs, which can help ease the difficulties of filling through the factory plug located on the axle housing.
