When the original equipment front right lower forward control arm and ball joint assembly fails on certain RWD Chrysler 300 and Dodge Charger, Challenger and Magnum vehicles, the bushings are often the reason. The factory bushings are undersized for certain applications and made from rubber that prematurely weakens and breaks down. Replacing that failed assembly with another OE or aftermarket product that lacks a more durable bushing can lead to similar future failures and potential driveabilty issues.
