Price Quality Average: 4 / 5 starsupdate: long story short, the reviews here *do* get attention. i have been dealing with john in regards to getting my issue resolved, and it has been going very well. i am very happy to report that, actually, as it is important for customers to know that they can get issues and concerns resolved. in full disclosure, john did request that i change my review to a favorable one, which i would have done anyway once the issue was resolved. will i be purchasing from this vendor again? probably. the part in question appears to be a decent part with not fit/finish flaws, so no red flags there. it apparently was just listed incorrectly in their catalog (and most likely for many of the other parts suppliers as well, as i have not been able to find the correct one...) off to locate the part i need...looks to be a dealer item...by drivinfaster
