A couple of years ago (2009) I purchased a replacement radiator cooling fan for my wife's '04 Saturn Ion. Go-Parts.com had the cheapest I could find anywhere and I was able to quickly locate it based on the original OEM part number. To have the work done by a shop would have cost me over $800 and taken a couple of days. I purchased the OEM replacement fan from Go-Parts.com for just under $100 and did the work in about an hour. The fan worked perfectly for about 2 years and then it started acting up. I went back to Go-Parts.com and found out the item had a limited lifetime warranty. I contacted customer service about the warranty and started the process without any hassle. I simply purchased a replacement from the website, sent the old broken one back to Go-Parts in the box that the new one came in with pre-paid shipping by Go-Parts and was refunded the purchase price of the replacement fan. In the end, 3 years later I still have a working cooling fan and I've only ever had to pay the original purchase and shipping. The prices are great and the customer service is excellent. I definitely look for parts on Go-Parts.com before looking anywhere else.

Toyota Tundra Turn Signal Light

Toyota put the rest of the automotive world on “notice” when they announced the release of their first full-size truck: the Toyota Tundra. Manufacturing began on the popular truck in 1999 for the 2000 model year, which was intriguing given the American dominance in the truck market. Part was exactly what I needed. Fit just like the original part I replaced. I was a little discouraged when I seen the ship date for the order was Feb 26. I was told by the customer service department when I spoke with them over the phone I could save a minimum of a day processing by placing the order online. You company held the order 5 days before shipping. Very POOR service. I have better service on EBAY! Thanks Steve Gorbett

Product works great! Price was good. Not a fan of the shipping method e.g. FedEx never updated status of package and package arrived a week later than initially quoted. Also, I understand security concerns, but I should have an option to tell the delivery person to leave the package on the proch if I'm not home. Delivery guy came while I was at work and had to make special arrangements to have someone sign to recieve the pkg on the last delivery attempt. Bottom line - Fix the shipping issue and I'll order from Go-Part in the future - Don't fix it and I won't.

First, I've gotten stupid with age. Second, Go-Part.com tolerated this stupidity multiple times without a whimper. They even helped me realize my new found handicap, and got me the right parts in spite of myself. If ever I need parts again, thesse are the guys I'll use. Outstanding customer service and great effort on their part. I couldn't be more pleased. Rock on, guys!
