Thanks to a winter frost heave and a tiny canvas carport I had the misfortune of accidentally breaking my side mirror when the car rolled over a bump in the driveway due to the tire positioning and the closer than close proximity of the poles holding up the carport wall. My neighbor who owns a garage tried to help me find a new mirror "preloved" so that I could save a few bucks. Even if he went to the junk yard himself and pulled it I was going to be paying at least $80. This was money that I didn't have for a side mirror I needed to have. He gave me his contact list & the website he uses to try and find the part on my own because I was getting ready for a road trip through a few states and we thought I would have better luck elsewhere. So online I went. Lots of phone calls made & websites searched but it wasn't until I came upon your website that I found what I was looking for at a price I could afford. I couldn't believe it. With shipping I was saving over $40 and the part which arrived 2 days after I got home from my trip looked perfect and still works great! I shared your website with my neighbor and he too was shocked by the price. The part I ordered was shipped promptly. The shipping information was sent to me via email which included a link to track my order. Upon viewing the link, I learned exactly where my order was and approximately when it would arrive. I learned that an attempt to deliver had been made and when the next attempt would be. If my parcel had been deliverable the first time, the transaction would have been completed in 5 BUSINESS days as promised. The ordering public needs to pay attention to how a weekend may stretch out the expected delivery date The part has not been installed yet so I don't know where I stand with the quality of the item. To date I am pleased with the transaction.

The prices at go-part.com were amazing. One of the cheapest out there. The customer service may leave a little to be desired. The customer service number is pretty much a voice mail, no matter what option you select when calling. That is a bit frustrating if you have an issue that needs immediate attention. I had shipping issues. Apparently the original shipment was lost in transit. I found a manager's email address on a review website & contacted him. He responded within 48 hours, notified me of the situation, advised me he was crediting my account for the original shipping fee, and sending me the same part by express shipping free of charge. I was highly impressed by his reaction to my issue and his willingness to go that extra mile. The part came packaged very well & safely. We have yet to install it, but plan to today. It was exactly what I ordered. If I need more parts in the future, I will more than likely order from them. I just hope they update their custom
