Ford reliability is legendary but that does not stop minor problems occurring - wear and tear and general age on older models can lead to some parts needing replacement - and the damage that can be caused to Ford Expedition tail lights by the simplest of knocks can result in a new tail light being necessary.

There was no answer at the phone number, no one on-line chat, and had to send several emails to get a response about returning part. By then the two week return was over. Quite a racket! No problem sending me an order number of letting me know the part had been shipped. The customer relations dept. did contact me by phone and email and since has issued a full refund for the returned part. Good customer relations.by rippedoff.
