My experience with Go-Parts was smooth and convenient. I was able to choose the mirror I needed with no problems for my 2003 mercury mountaineer. And another important factor is the price was right. Price Quality Average: 4.5 / 5 starsAlthough the part I ordered arrived in time and in perfect condition I am not happy with Go-Part. I ordered a side mirror for my Nissan Sentra 2010. I mistakenly ordered a manual mirror when I needed a power mirror. I was willing to return the mirror and pay for the return shipping. But Go-Part placed all kinds of restrictions on the return- a 25% (or 40%) restocking fee, to ship the package fully insured, and return the item in the original box and packaging- even when I told them the box arrived quite damaged. I understand that ordering the wrong mirror was my mistake, but such restrictions on the refund was just ridiculous. I think customer service is pretty bad here. I will not order from here again. John, I have emailed you twice at the address you indicated and no reply as yet. Could you kindly let me know if you are interested in taking back the mirror? Added on 07/10/13: I was contacted by Go-Part and informed that I would be receiving a full refund. I am very satisfied with thby Firaz
