This is a used OnStar communication module. It is for vehicles with option code UE1 and without voice recognition.

This module is for vehicles equipped with the OnStar system (RPO code UE1) but WITHOUT voice recognition. After installation, programming by a GM dealer or qualified technician may be required for full functionality. Please be aware that due to the discontinuation of older 2G/3G cellular networks, some OnStar subscription services may no longer be available with this module, though it may still be required for other vehicle functions like the microphone for Bluetooth hands-free calling. Programming: "Needs to be programmed to my vehicle" is not a valid return reason. Many modules require dealer programming — we're happy to help connect you with resources if your dealer says it's not programmable
