This is an OnStar communication module for vehicles equipped with the OnStar system (RPO code UE1). For Saab 9-5 models from 2009-2010, this part requires the vehicle to also have the factory navigation system. For the 2010 Saab 9-5, it only fits models with 'E' as the 4th digit of the VIN.
